PURPOSE
BCHPCA continues to work towards educating, promoting, and bringing awareness to the diversity of services Hospice Societies provide in our community. As our society continues to grow, so do the needs of hospice supports, services, capacity and operational practices. BCHPCA will be hosting a week-long series on navigating challenges in the palliative care sector, and community while enhancing advocacy skills that support growth.
EVENT BRIEF
Every year, BCHPCA hosts for its members and the public two Lunch and Learn Series that cover a multitude of topics. Join us virtually on March 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, and 24th from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm (PST) for the BC Hospice Palliative Care Association Spring Lunch and Learn Webinar Series: Navigating the Challenges in Leadership and Advocacy.
Given the theme and topics that will be discussed, we see this webinar being valuable not only to the hospice palliative care community but to any charitable, non-profit, public and private sector organizational staff, volunteers and leaders looking at further building transferable skills to support their work and community.
We are very excited to have our distinguished speakers catalyze conversations, provide training and education on how leaders and organizational teams can build strategic advocacy relationships and equip themselves with effective practices in a diverse and inclusive environment for community growth.
